All NOETRON products are delivered digitally. There are no physical shipments.

How Delivery Works

PDF reports, diagnostic expansions, and subscription access are delivered via email within minutes of purchase. Everything is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive your product within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us at billing@noetron.ai.

Our Guarantee

If your expanded diagnostic report does not identify at least 3 actionable improvements for your situation, we will refund 100% of your purchase. No questions asked. Email billing@noetron.ai within 14 days of purchase to request a refund under this guarantee.

Subscription Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions, including the Advisory Retainer, can be cancelled at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

How Cancellation Works

When you cancel a subscription, your access continues through the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
