This page explains the limited browser-side storage and measurement posture used on the rebuild-phase public shell.
The current public shell is in a rebuild phase and does not use advertising or retargeting cookies. The shell may still use limited first-party storage and operational measurement to run, observe, and protect the site.

Some operational measurement still occurs even if you decline optional cookies. Declining or clearing browser storage may reduce some convenience behavior, but it does not guarantee that every form of first-party telemetry or hosting log collection stops, because some measurement is part of operating the public shell itself.
You can clear or block cookies and local/session storage through your browser settings. Doing so may reset shell preferences or affect how some public pages behave.
